The symposium was chaired by Niamh O'Connell (Ireland) and featured presentations from Frank Leebeek (The Netherlands), Wolfgang Miesbach (Germany), and Lynn Malec (USA). This symposium outlined the current care models and therapeutic options in haemophilia highlighting the need for a shift in care as new emerging therapies are being implemented in clinical practice. The presentations were followed by an interactive discussion section with the faculty and audience.
